🧩 Fix SpinX Wheel opener being covered by other widgets
Some stores use multiple apps that display popups or floating widgets (such as chat buttons, reward icons, or
announcement bars).
When these elements overlap, the SpinX Wheel opener button might appear hidden or partially covered — customers can’t
see or access the spin icon.
Fortunately, you can fix this issue in just a few clicks using the built-in position settings inside SpinX Wheel. 💡
⚙️ How to fix the issue
Follow these simple steps:
1. Open SpinX Wheel from your Shopify admin.
2. Go to your active campaign.
3. On the right panel, click Popup triggers → Wheel opener.
4. Enable Customize distance, then adjust one or more of the following options:
- Distance from bottom — adjusts how far the opener appears from the bottom of the page (this setting has no
effect when the announcement bar is displayed).
- Distance from announcement bar — adjusts the spacing between the opener popup and the announcement bar.
5. Example: set Distance from announcement bar = 40px.
6. Click Save, then reload your store page to preview the result.
💡 Tip:
Adjust the values until the opener is fully visible and not overlapping with other widgets.

📝 Notes
- The Wheel opener position applies to both desktop and mobile.
- The Distance from bottom setting only works when the announcement bar is not displayed or has been dismissed by the
customer.
